Sew-In

Making a Purchase

Sew-In aims to make your purchases as easy as possible. To that end, should you wish to discuss your requirements or have any queries please email or phone us during normal working hours and we will endeavour to give the same level of service that you currently enjoy in our high street branches. Should you prefer, you may order and pay by phone.

To purchase from Sew-In just browse our shop and create a wish list by simply adding items to your bag, amending your selection as you browse. Once you are happy with your selection click on ‘Checkout’. You will then be asked a few details to enable us to process your purchase. Amongst these details is the option to register; you do not have to register in order to purchase from us, but registering enables you  review past purchases and receive early notification of new season yarn releases, ‘member only offers’ etc.

You will receive email confirmation of your order from us; in most cases this will also be your dispatch notification. You will be notified of any out-of-stock items by email together with a projected dispatch date and/or alternative product suggestions. Formal paperwork will be included with your parcel. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are advised by our payment processors that a transaction may be ‘high risk’ or possibly fraudulent.

Sew-In always aims to be as accurate as possible. However we do not warrant that any product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described your sole remedy is to return it to us in an unused condition. Please note that, although we try to be as accurate as possible with image colour, computer screens and web browsers offer different colour renditions. You should be aware of this when choosing shades.
