Spun and dyed in Huddersfield, the home of Rowan, Valley Tweed is a traditional pure wool tweed yarn, with its roots firmly in Yorkshire. Its many gorgeous shades are named after the wildlife and landscape of its northern birthplace, and is spun using a special technique that gives it a super lofty feel. The different colours of Valley Tweed can be combined to spectacular, painterly effect or used alone, when they work particularly well in classic lace patterns.
